Payments
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash. Payment plans are available.
• Payment for a Course can be made in full at purchase or through an approved payment plan.
• If choosing a payment plan, the total amount will be split into equal installments, which must be paid as scheduled. Failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of sessions until the account is settled.
• By making any payment, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

No Refund Policy
• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Courses are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made—whether in full or through a payment plan—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The only exception is if the service provider cancels the course.
• No refunds will be provided for missed or forfeited appointments, cancellations, or unused sessions.
• In the event of a medical condition that prevents you from continuing treatment, you may be eligible for a refund for the remaining unused sessions. The refunded amount will be calculated based on the number of completed sessions at the single-session rate, taking into account any promotions at the time of purchase. Medical documentation may be required.
• This refund policy applies to all treatments and courses. Additional treatments can be added to your plan and will be charged according to the clinic’s price list.

Photographic Documentation & Social Media
• I consent to photographic documentation of the treatment area before and after treatment.
• I also consent to these images being used for promotional purposes, including on social media, unless I explicitly request otherwise in writing.
• Clients must first communicate with Clinic Twenty2 before posting negative reviews online, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue professionally.

Appointment Cancellations & Late Arrivals
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the session and deposit.
• To respect the time of our staff and other clients, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in loss of appointment and deposit.

Course Expiry & Non-Transferability
• Courses must be completed within two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any remaining sessions after this period will be forfeited.
• Courses are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. No other individual may use any of the sessions.
